Develop a yearlong strategy for the PR and media campaigns to implement throughout the year with the directions of the Foundation Manager in order to attain the positive presence of Baheya.,Create content for press releases, articles and keynote presentations, and Events Team to prepare press kit to ensure that Baheya is represented in the most adequate way.Set monthly plans for media campaigns to be implemented driven from the yearly strategy indicating budget, content and targeted results to validate with the Foundation Manager.Perform any other relevant duties as per assigned by the Foundation Manager.Work closely with the CEO through the preparation and drafting of their keynote speeches, Interviews, and the clearance of Press releases in coordination with media editors.Assess and report on the reach and impact of media activities through regular monitoring of each media channel to help determine campaigns success and act upon it if otherwise.Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectivesManaging, prepare events budgets and ensure adherenceManaging logistics and event venues.Analyze the event s success and prepare reports • Bachelor degree in public relations, advertising, communications, or a related field.• Minimum 7 Years of experience in the same field.• Excellent Command of English• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.• Ability to priorities and plan effectively.• Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities
